The Plaza at Tysons Corner Center, which made its debut last summer, is proof that Tysons is quickly evolving to a more “urban” feel and is becoming the new “it” spot for the DC area.¬†Elevated 32 feet in the air and surrounded by high rises, The Plaza is directly connected to the pedestrian bridge from the Silver Line Metro Station. And whether you are looking to shop, dine, or play, The Plaza is a one-stop shop for all ages! Here are some of the things The Plaza has to offer!

It wouldn’t be Tysons Corner without amazing shopping, so we’ll begin with the stores. When you enter the mall from The Plaza, you will find Zara, Gap, Forever 21 and more. The Plaza also offers a direct entrance to Lord & Taylor so you have quick access to great shopping.

Barrel & Bushel is located at the new Hyatt Regency on The Plaza level. Their menu specializes in bourbon drinks, beer & delicious, mouth-watering burgers.

The bar flows outside to the patio which is great for warm days, and their open-air dining room allows you to enjoy a beautiful day even when you’re inside.

Are you out shopping or dining with kids? Now they can have some fun, too! The 1,000 square feet play area resembles a pirate ship, with a slide, climbing walls, and more, all surrounded by safe rubber flooring. There’s also plenty of seating & a stroller station so you can kick back and relax while the kids play away.

In addition to the playground, you will find corn hole, table tennis, jumbo chess and more.

The Plaza’s summer concert series kicks off this Friday, June 12th! You can enjoy live music outdoors every Friday on The Plaza through August 7th. Check out the concert schedule here!

In addition to concerts on The Plaza,¬† you can also enjoy “movies on the green” this summer. The dates & times haven’t been announced yet so be sure to check their calendar for upcoming events.
