We haven’t experienced an addition to our metro in a very long time – everyone knows the areas with metro access are in HUGE demand, so what does this mean for the impending opening (less than 2 years away thank the good lord)? Well, I can think of some areas that should skyrocket in value — off the top of my head –

Regency of McLean
One Park Crest
The Fountains of McLean
just to name a few…
Not to mention all of the townhome clusters around – most of these will be walking distance to a new metro station JUST in Tysons alone!
